What Messages We Send

When you opt in to SMS notifications during the showing scheduling process, you may receive the following transactional text messages only:

• Showing appointment confirmations
• Showing reminders (24 hours and 2 hours before your appointment)
• Scheduling updates (e.g., rescheduling or cancellation notices)

We do not send marketing or promotional messages. This SMS program is strictly for transactional showing-related communications.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your scheduled showings. Typically, you will receive 1–3 messages per scheduled showing (confirmation + reminders).

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Bright Path Property Management does not charge for text messages, but your carrier may.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

How to Get Help (HELP)

Reply HELP to any message for assistance. You will receive a response with our contact information and instructions for opting out.

Consent

SMS consent is collected via an opt-in checkbox on our showing scheduling form. Consent is:

• Not required to schedule a showing or use our services
• Not a condition of purchase or any transaction
• Separate from any other terms or agreements
• Revocable at any time by replying STOP

We record the following consent data for compliance: phone number, consent timestamp, page URL, and associated property information.

Supported Carriers

This program is supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number and SMS consent data are used solely for sending showing-related transactional messages. We do not sell, share, or rent your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes. For complete details, see our Privacy Policy.
